Please include all relevant information in your email. Any emails with missing or incorrect information may seriously delay responses. In your email, please include your name, order number and a brief description of why you are contacting us. Our team will respond within 48 business hours.

  • We will provide you with a tracking number.  Once it is in the post office hands it is no longer in our control and you will have to take up any issues with USPS.  
  • We do not replace lost/stolen packages.  
  • If you enter the wrong address or fail to enter your apartment number, and it is returned to sender you will be charged for shipping to have it sent again
  • International orders are shipped duties and taxes unpaid. Customs and import duties, fees, and taxes are the customer’s responsibility.


WE ONLY OFFER STORE CREDIT FOR RETURNS. WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS TO ORIGINAL METHOD OF PAYMENT. We hope this will encourage you to take your time in selecting your purchases and feel free to reach out to us with any questions regarding sizing or styling. Store Credit never expires.



  • We only offer STORE CREDIT for returns. We don't issue refunds back to your method of payment.
  • The amount of your Store Credit is only for the item(s) you purchased and does not include the shipping.
  • We DO NOT send return labels, so you can send the item back however you prefer.
  • Merchandise must be returned within 14 days from the receive date.
  • Merchandise must be unworn.
  • Original invoice must be included in your return package. If you do not have your original invoice, you can print out your order confirmation email.
  • Store credit cannot be applied to future purchases until the return is processed. Meaning, you can not apply the store credit before we have actually issued it to you.
  • Expect an emailed promo code within a few business days of the delivery of your Return at our warehouse. Store Credit is not processed the day your item is delivered. It must be sorted, inspected, and processed. You are not credited back shipping. Thank you for your patience!
  • Preorders or backordered items may ship separately.
  • Flash Sale and Sale Items are FINAL SALE and may not be exchanged!

* We suggest returns be sent with Delivery Confirmation or Tracking, so you have proof it was shipped and delivered. 

* We DO NOT refund purchases made from retail stores.
