If there are any errors in your order or defects in merchandise, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. We understand mistakes can happen, but we promise to resolve any issues promptly.
For damaged or defective items, please email us at service@walletbuckle.com and provide your name, order number, and a brief description of the issue. Our dedicated team will respond within 48 business hours.
Shipping Information
Once your order ships, we will provide you with a tracking number. Please note that once the package is with the postal service, any issues must be addressed with them directly. We do not replace lost or stolen packages.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or missing apartment number, additional shipping charges will apply for resending.
For international orders, customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Exchanges
We offer store credit for returns within 30 days of purchase. Please note, we do not issue refunds to the original method of payment. This policy encourages you to take your time in selecting your purchases. Store credit does not expire.
To initiate an exchange, please email us for confirmation and mailing instructions. Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unworn, and with a copy of your invoice included. Return shipping is at your expense.
Store credit is processed once the return is received, inspected, and sorted. Please allow a few business days from delivery for the processing and issuance of your store credit, Please note the shipping charge will not be included in your exchange credit.
Please be aware that flash sale and sale items are final sale and cannot be exchanged.
